Indiana is already working toward following and allowing CDC control of our health department.

1. Holcomb brought in the director of the CDC Foundation. She comes here from Atlanta monthly and is part of a working group to suggest legislation to improve our public health... Spoiler alert.. her main interest is in increasing vaccination rates especially in children.

2. HB 1158 adds in unfavorable restrictions on people with infectious disease except for HIV which it removes, it passed committee and is in the full House this week

3. HB 1169 removed the language that allows a local health department officer from being removed from their position for being too harsh, too restrictive, too unreasonable. It's in the full House this week too.

Why would the IN legislators delete that section as a reason to remove a health department official?! The only reason is they expect and will allow the health department to be out of control for minor issues.

4. HB 1003 brings in an unlimited amount of foreign "vaccinated" nurses and adds temporarily licenses for students with no expiration date until the Feds end the state of emergency. The part that brings in foreign nurses never expires. It passed the House and moved to the Senate. This is what the CDC is recommending to do.

5. HB 1032 decriminalizes spreading HIV but leaves Hepatitis and TB on the list.
Some of the covid vaccines that were being developed were making people test positive for HIV in the trials. Australia pulled a covid vaccine in development for doing that.
But honestly there's a push from big pharma to decriminalize because those infected are lifetime customers of their expensive drugs.

6. SB 3 allows for the state of emergency to continue but written into law. It allows the state to do whatever restrictions are required by the Federal government to get the emergency federal funds.
It passed the Senate and is referred to the House where it will quickly pass.

7. HB 1001 is an exemption bill that keeps getting limited via amendments. They have been toying with us since November about passing this bill.
Holcomb doesn't support it and asked to put the emergency measures into a different bill (SB 3 was created shortly after). That loses our leverage of getting the Senate to pass HB 1001.

Are you paying attention yet? They're laying out the traps into law like they have been doing for years. This all comes together for their agenda.
