The House passed a $1.2 trillion spending bill that would allow Congress to avoid an imminent partial shutdown, despite outcry from hard-right conservatives who argued the bill was “chock-full of crap” and did not go far enough in providing resources to secure the U.S. border.

The incident happened in Wasco, California.

According to police, 27-year-old Resendo Tellez removed a leg from an Amtrak Station. He is a Haitian illegal alien.

Tellez was seen eating the leg according to a witness and was later booked into jail for removing or mutilating human remains.

The man who was struck by the train sadly died.
