Disgraceful. Ilearn is the standard testing of public school students; this system replaced ISTEP.
The link provides access to all Indiana schools, including VANDERBURGH. The scores are unacceptable, but no worries, EVSC concocted a plan to raise a student’s score by simply having a parent sign a Non-Disclosure agreement with the Ilearn coordinator and amending the score. It’s a win win, the student appears to be performing and EVSC is rewarded MONEY to meet or exceed the standards.
Attached is the actual letter submitted by EVSC to manipulate your student’s test score.

Yesterday Loy's 2nd Petition for a hearing was accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court and put on the docket (their schedule). They will soon set a new conference date for reconsideration. We have worked hard on this petition and once again are counting on your prayers! If our brother Loy gets a hearing it will only mean that your prayers and support made the difference. I believe in miracles and I believe that many of them come from prayer.

First of all there are two judges on my case. The magistrate judge (Jared C. Bennett) who offers a preliminary judgment, and Judge Howard C. Nielson, who makes the final decision. Something I realized about Jesus Christ is this: He knew exactly what the ancient cult was doing. They were doing blood rituals. So when Jesus came out and said to the crowd, you must drink MY blood and eat MY flesh: He was almost rebuking the cult. It's as if He was saying reject their cult and come to me instead. An inverse of what the enemy was doing. They were doing the exact same thing they always have done. Notice that these blood rituals are said to give them increased life, immortality on some level, it's their hope at least.
It all goes back to their quest to replace God.
