Grant should put a note , this is in terrible real estate markets (Democrat owned). In Miami, 30 years ago houses you were buying for 100k-200k are now 10 mill plus. You could of bought a waterfront house for 500k and it’s 40 mill now in Miami Beach. You find the next areas. Dubai could of 5x your money last couple of years and still growing. Lots of places underdeveloped that people will flock too. Own a home and don’t let guys brainwash this crap. Put your retirement funds in BTC, ETH or Sol and stake. 75% of fiat value has dropped the last 5 years

Tough times in the space.
A lot of people have lost everything leveraging this year. Some even took their own lives because of the pressure.
Relationships broken. Mental health wrecked. People truly suffering behind the scenes.
Meanwhile, the trolls keep trolling, and scam devs keep launching nonsense.
The only small positive is that most of the shit callers have gone quiet , probably because their devs stopped launching those 50k-top rugs.
This space is smaller than it looks.
Look after each other.
Not everyone is making it, no matter what the TL says.
Tough times in the space.
