So, it's quite shocking.

I don't think that all Russian people are evil. I think that there's probably a lot of very good Russian people in the world, and they're suffering too.

They're suffering under propaganda. They're being lied to by a government that oppresses them. They kill people for protesting for peace. They kill people that oppose Putin.

So my message to Russians who see this interview as well—because I'm sure it will be translated by Russia Today, and Margarita, who's always tweeting about me over at RT, will see it—I don't hate Russian people.

I want people to see the humanity. I want people to realize that they're killing their neighbors. They're killing people who are very similar to them.

If it were up to the average British citizen, the United Kingdom would already be negotiating a return to the European Union.

But politically, that's obviously very difficult—especially because the UK previously had a privileged form of membership, with rebates and opt-outs that it would no longer receive today.

So I don't believe a full return will happen.

Iran is the twentieth century's last utopia in power. We had the fascist utopia, we had the communist utopia, and this is the theocratic utopia.

And the fundamental problem with Iran is that it behaves like a cause, like a revolution, not like a country. Iran is, of course, entitled to its national security interests, but it is not entitled to export its system to other countries.

We want freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, and we think that Iran is not entitled to annex an international waterway.

That's international territory. If we allow one country to annex a strait, there are other such places in the world—the Danish Straits, Bab el-Mandeb, the Strait of Malacca, the Taiwan Strait.
