Kremlin has reportedly backed a covert online disinformation campaign to help Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán win the April 12 election.

The plan, created by the sanctioned Russian consultancy Social Design Agency, aims to flood Hungarian social media with pro-Orbán messages and attacks on his main rival, Péter Magyar.

The campaign portrays Orbán as a strong, sovereign leader with global allies, while depicting Magyar as a weak “EU puppet.”

One of the seven members of the Iranian women’s football team delegation who was granted asylum in Australia has changed her mind and asked to return to Iran.

The player initially chose to stay in Brisbane but later contacted the Iranian embassy after speaking with teammates who had already left.

BIG: Iran’s Khatam-al-Anbiya HQ spokesman says they will not allow even one liter of oil to pass through the Strait of Hormuz for the benefit of the US and its allies, warning oil prices cannot be kept low artificially.

At least three cargo vessels were struck by unknown projectiles in the Strait of Hormuz on Wednesday, with one ship catching fire and crews evacuated as maritime authorities launched investigations into the incidents.

Thailand’s navy later identified the vessel as Mayuree Naree, saying it had been attacked while transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
