Colonel Nathan McCormack, who served as the Levant and Egypt branch chief on the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, has been removed from his post following revelations of numerous social media posts critical of Israel and U.S. policy in the Middle East.

Operating a semi-anonymous account that still included his name, title, and photos in uniform, McCormack referred to Israeli leaders as “Judeo-supremacist cronies,” labeled Israel “a death cult,” and accused the U.S. of enabling Israeli “ethnic cleansing.”

This drone was equipped with weapons for targeting, but it didn't even get a chance to fire these weapons at its targets. This shows that our air defense forces are ready and they shot down this drone."

Small Israeli-made guided glide bomb Mikholit, designed for UAVs, also spotted on wreckage site of Hermes-900 drone.

It is used for precision strikes on light targets such as exposed personnel or unarmored vehicles.
