BIG: The U.S. has halted arms sales to Ukraine, according to Roman Kostenko, chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament’s defense committee.

“Based on my information, arms shipments for sale have been suspended. The companies responsible for these deliveries are now on hold, waiting for a decision.”
