Russia’s Wagner mercenary group said that its fighters had recovered the bodies of its mercenaries killed in a July battle with Tuareg rebels and Islamists during a desert sandstorm in Mali.

PMC Wagner took about 35 bodies of the company's killed fighters in Mali.

Two Wagnerites are still being held captive by the rebel movement, one of them is an old guard fighter with an “M” badge – Nike.
