The Navy Yard Metro entrance on M St SE is shut down tonight following yet another teen takeover. It’s been a loud, chaotic night for those of us who actually live here. Word is there may have been an event at Randall Rec Center, and afterward crowds of teens made their way toward Navy Yard.
Regardless of how it started, there are real questions that need answers: Did the curfew actually work? Where are the parents? And what accountability is there for repeatedly violating this curfew that was implemented this weekend?
