-Once the plugin is added on your server, a villager will be linked to each person who connects to your server. This villager will follow the Player everywhere in his adventure and his goal is to help him and have discussions on any topic with the Player.
-To chat with him just look at him and send your message in the minecraft chat.
-Also don't forget to add your api key with the command "/setapikey sk-xxxx" before you want to chat with him.
