It was on January 24, 2017 that James Comey and Andrew McCabe closed the trap on the Logan Act wrap-up smear of

as they sent two Special Agents to the White House for a 'friendly interview' with
@realDonaldTrump
's newly appointed National Security Advisor.

The two FBI agents that Comey and McCabe sent to entrap Flynn in a wrap up smear that resulted in Flynn being criminally prosecuted by the Mueller Special Counsel for 4 years were named Peter Strzok and Joseph Pientka.

That persecution of Flynn and his family continued by the DOJ until exculpatory documents the FBI and the Mueller Special Counsel were holding back were found by the US Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, Jeffrey Jensen, who gave them under seal to the court and to Flynn's defense team, led by Attorney

Upon the unsealing of the exculpatory documents that the Muller Special Counsel & the FBI had been withholding, the DOJ immediately moved to dismiss the criminal case against General Flynn.

All of this is a matter of historical record.
