#Obama has expanded the existing #deepGovernment administration, which can also be called #ObamasArmy. These unqualified people are retained by Obama at high salaries, and the audacity and #corruption of #theSystem they have created is incredible and infuriating.
This system of corruption and #nepotism is the #SeniorExecutiveService (#SES); these highly paid positions cannot be dismissed except by "#ExecutiveOrder" or special act. These "retired" or "former" administrators hired by the SES system are assigned to all #threeLetterAgencies, i.e., the entire #FederalGovernment, where they have influence.
In fact, many #Americans understand that there is no need to have such a #shadowGovernment and that these #political, highly paid management positions should be filled by highly qualified employees through a comprehensive merit system, not by #partisan #presidentialAppointments.
The Commander-in-Chief understands this relationship, and he understands that it is time to shut down the machinery of deep government that creates meaningless government programs and institutions, except when they are conspiracies to overthrow the government that is supposed to serve our people.
