According to the US Supreme Court, it is NOT OK for individual states like Louisiana, and Texas to challenge Biden, Mayorkas & the DHS on absolutely DISASTROUS border policies. Despite the fact that our system of governance is designed for the STATE to have MORE power than the Federal Government.
