πŸ‡·πŸ‡Έ NATO's KFOR Special Forces use weapons against Kosovo Serbs - at least one person wounded

The situation in Serb-inhabited northern Kosovo remains stubbornly tense. In Zvecan, the KFOR commander demanded that the assembled Serbs immediately let the Kosovo KFOR special forces vehicles through to rotate the forces. The Kosovars should enter the municipal building along with the Pristina-appointed "mayor." Otherwise, the KFOR head said the Serb protesters "will face consequences," hinting at the use of weapons.

Such repercussions have already been felt by the Serbs - KFOR has used stun grenades and rubber bullets against the protesters, and gunshots have been heard. At least one person has been wounded. In Leposavić, the locals have also refused to disperse, while in Zubin Potok, Serbian activists have promised to come out every day and block the local administration building, which has been taken over by the Kosovo "police".
