Due to major grifting and sabotage of the Maricopa audit by "The America Project," Dr. Shiva has refused any financial gifts from Patrick Byrne.

Apparently, Patrick Byrne doesn't know how to take no for an answer when it comes to his grifting ways.

Byrne has used an intermediary to pay Shiva and is now desperately marketing Shiva's accomplishments to rehabilitate The America Project.

Dr. Shiva did not provide permission to Byrne, has refused all of Byrne's attempts to infiltrate his work, and has notified me that he is seeking to return the money sent by the intermediary immediately.

Oh what a tangled web team Flynn/Byrne weaves.

The America Project was the chief financier of Cyber Ninjas.

Cyber Ninjas, which is now defunct after being held in contempt, was the prime contractor of the Maricopa Audit after being hired by the Arizona Senate.

Cyber Ninjas grossly mismanaged aspects of the audit which negatively affected Shiva.

Moreover, Cyber Ninjas/the AZ Senate failed to pay Dr. Shiva for his ballot image analysis.

Dr. Shiva advised that Patrick Byrne of The America Project, offered to pay his company EchoMail $50,000 that was owed to him for the purpose of rehabilitating their image after sub-contractor Jovan Hutton Pulitzer's work was widely discredited by Shiva as fraudulent.

Shiva advised that Byrne also offered to pay $250,000 to become an equity partner in Shiva's Election Systems Integrity Institute, with an inducement to not expose Pulitzer's work.

#FightBack agreed that Shiva's work in Maricopa should be supported financially, and that public confidence in the audit would suffer if Shiva was tied to a "grifting" organization.

Today #FightBack will award Dr. Shiva $50,000 for his ballot imaging work, so he can make payroll for the tireless work of his team in Maricopa, and so he can keep clear of all grifting entanglements.
