This is like a bad spy novel.

It looks like #SniffyJoe put classified docs in the garage/corvette that #Hunter was meant to look at, and use in making deals happen... so he could keep $$$ flowing back to the #BigGuy. Then Joe would later take the docs back and return them where they belong... while playing the game of being able to say "I never showed the docs to anybody"?
