The U.S. Central Command denied the rumours that a 2nd F-15 was shot down by Iranian AA.

Previously, the Iranian Tasnim news agency reported that Iranian AA shot down an American jet over the Alborz Mountains.

CENTCOM also denied the news that a number of American soldiers had died in Kuwait before announcing a day after that the news was in fact true.
