🇺🇸📱🇪🇺 After Elon Musk and X (Twitter), Meta (Facebook) CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, is lobbying American president, Donald Trump, to sanction the EU for forcing Facebook and Instagram to censor posts in the EU!
Zuckerberg complained that the EU had forced U.S. tech companies operating in Europe to pay "more than $30 billion" in penalties for legal violations over the past two decades. Last November, the tech chief's Meta conglomerate, which operates Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media and communications platforms, was fined €797 million for breaching EU antitrust rules by imposing unfair trading conditions on ads service providers.
Zuckerberg argued that the European Commission's application of competition rules is "almost like a tariff" on American tech companies and said that U.S. President Joe Biden's outgoing administration had failed to deal with the situation.

"I think it's a strategic advantage for the United States that we have a lot of the strongest companies in the world, and I think it should be part of the U.S. strategy going forward to defend that," Zuckerberg said during an appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

"If some other country was screwing with another industry that we cared about, the U.S. government would probably find some way to put pressure on them, but I think what happened here is actually the complete opposite," he said. "The U.S. government led the kind of attack against the companies, which then just made it so the EU is basically in all these other places, just free to just go to town on all the American companies and do whatever you want."

"Our soldiers captured troops from North Korea in Kurshchyna. These are two soldiers who, although wounded, survived, were taken to Kyiv, and are communicating with SBU investigators.
This task was not easy: usually the Russians and other military personnel from North Korea finish off their wounded and do everything to ensure that there is no evidence of the participation of another state — North Korea — in the war against Ukraine.
I am grateful to our soldiers of tactical group No. 84 of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and our paratroopers who captured these two people.
As with all prisoners, these two soldiers from North Korea are being given the necessary medical care.
He instructed the Security Service of Ukraine to provide journalists with access to these prisoners. The world needs to know what's going on."

— 🇬🇧/🇮🇱/🇵🇸 NEW: A recently published study by prestigious British medical journal 'The Lancet' suggests vastly more civilian deaths from Israeli airstrikes in Gaza than initially estimated by Gaza's Health Ministry
The study, which was conducted by using a statistical analysis of hospital data, obituaries on social media, and an online enquiry, indicates that approximately 64,260 Palestinians were killed by Israel in Gaza during just the first nine months of the war (October 2023 – July 2024).
This is a staggering 41% more fatalities than the official number published for the same time period by Gaza's Health Ministry.
The study also indicates that at least 59% of the fatalities from Israeli airstrikes consist of women, children, and and people older than 65. The researchers only looked at deaths directly resulting from Israeli bombardments, not indirect casualties as a result of lack of food, medicine or clean drinking water.
Last October, a large group of American and other Western doctors that worked in Gaza's health sector already wrote an open letter to the international community, stating that they estimate the real death toll to be much higher than the official number, and that they estimate it to be well above 100,000 fatalities.
