🇷🇺 🇺🇦 Russians will allow Mariupol holdouts to surrender tomorrow

Tomorrow morning, from 0600 to 1300 local time, the Russian Armed Forces plan to hold their fire at the Azovstal, the last Ukrainian holdout in Mariupol, and allow its defenders to lay down their arms and surrender.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the forces trapped in the Azovstal have been frequently radioing their command asking for permission to surrender (apparently denied), and have nearly run out of food and water.

Of course, we must note that this decision is unilateral and it is unclear if anyone on the Ukrainian side actually plans on surrendering tomorrow morning.
