Loy was returning to Utah at the Salt Lake City airport and was able to capture this video of the transfer of this fallen soldier. Fox News has contacted him for an interview about his experience.

The fallen soldier is Stewart Duane Wayment, 32, of North Logan, Utah.

We found this great little stand by the side of the road on our way out of town! We had to stop for a picture. 😄

Today the U.S. Solicitor General filed a waiver, waiving her right to oppose petition docket #22-1028 before it goes to conference.

In the next few days or weeks the Supreme Court can set a date for conference.

Because the Supreme Court adjourns for the summer at the end of June it's possible, in order to give the justices plenty of time to review the petition the Court may set an October or November date for conference.
