For the record, I spoke to Loy Brunson today and they refilled their paperwork this past Friday . It is a rumor that is going around that Scotus is going to hear the case, it’s not true!

Update on the case…

The Supreme Court has declined to docket the second petition for rehearing. The Loy Arlan Brunson case will probably be moving forward to the Supreme Court or the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, within the next 30 days.
