We Just finished the second petition for rehearing. It will be sent on Friday and the court should get it on Monday. We just finished it minutes ago. And it's a good one.

For the record, I spoke to Loy Brunson today and they refilled their paperwork this past Friday . It is a rumor that is going around that Scotus is going to hear the case, it’s not true!
