- there should be no deals, in our funded NHS, that we do not know all details of.

- no private contract, with any foreign firms, plus no deals that compromise a patient, in terms of their best treatment

- transparency or no deal. Taxpayers are entitled to know all, about money spent - no shady dealings.

The myth that Nurse Florence Nightingale was a caring Nurse, with an excellent bedside manner is dispelled by the facts she was a Statistician, not a Nurse, trying to increase the numbers of the British soldiers returning to the front. Her 'Lady of the Lamp' image was of a person who was counting the dead and all those that in a few days could be sent back to their Crimean front line. So no 'caring Nurse'.

Foundation of the NHS was a further myth, as UK Eugenicist Beatrice Webb, had noticed the poor physicality and war losses in the Boer war, so called for an intervention by the UK State to build a system of healthcare to boost available troop numbers and their health - the foundation of the NHS, that was attributed to Bevan, who was in Cabinet in 1948, when it implementation was complete.

Both were for a purpose of war, with Eugenics a primary factor, a triage system - so no altruism only its control of who lives and who dies.

More pay rises for band 8's and 8's is excessive. Think of the increase on all their pensions and it is totally unsustainable.

For the service provided its overpaid, avaricious, unaffordable and death to our British economy, as well as UK patients.
Do they see this? The bigger picture that will directly harm their own families too? No. Too ignorant at economics and many clouded by greed!

Hospitals short-change patients to protect staff.

NHS isn't overwhelmed, its 'underbedded' and is overstaffed - Admin, but not cleaners or the front line staff, for its patients - its not value for money

Prevention is better and a lot cheaper than a cure, especially when it involves needless drugs that are all overpriced, with huge side-effects.

But Starmer is not banning these or sugar. Only your outdoor fags and booze!

The NHS🌈 ! A fresh start is required, where prevention is key and treatments avoided, with real practitioners in health, not harmapimps!
