It needs a few things changing on it before final edit but this is a great documentary film about of all people, little old me. 1st part is made up of some of my most 'famous' videos with high profile politicians & various police forces then 2nd part is a sit down chat with National Treasure Child Advocate Jasmin & her awesome Dad Ian. Then a quick game of pool at the end followed by Jasmins final thoughts at the end which brought a tear to my eye.

Thinning hair? Rosemary, essential oil has been shown to be as effective as the prescription hair growth, drug minoxidil!

Apply it in a good organic, carrier oil directly onto the scalp daily and keep using it long-term. I like organic, cold, pressed coconut oil sold in all major supermarkets in glass jars.

To infuse your oil, tear or crush some dried herbs into a pot, adding your coconut oil and place the pot inside another pan of water put it on a very low heat setting leave for 30 mins. . Leave to sit for a couple of hours to cool and then place in a small clean airtight dry jar in the fridge and use over several days. Do not allow the oil to go rancid. Is that too fussy?

Alternatively, buy an organic, very clean rosemary, oil and add to your oil.
