Sometimes life gets tough. You feel lost, tired and ready give up. All of us have felt that way at some point. If it’s happening to you right now, all I want to say is don’t give up. Think about all the people who love you and are there to support you no matter what. Struggle is a part of life, and it’s okay to fail. Sometimes the best thing you can do is take a break, sit back, reflect on what you could’ve done better, and come back wiser and stronger. Life isn’t about the destination, it's never been. It’s not about getting your dream job or marrying the one you love. It’s about the journey, how you get there, the good you do, the people you meet along the way. After all, we’re all headed to the same destination.

The same goes the other way too. If you see someone you know struggling, at least have a talk with them. Sure, you probably can’t solve whatever problem they’re facing, but just talking helps. Even a simple “hey, how are you doing?” or “don’t worry, it gets better” goes a long way. Mental health is real, and it’s more important now than ever. Sometimes the signs aren’t clear, and when they are, it might already be too late.

Oxirgi 1 haftada taxminan 8 soat vaqtimni mygov, yoshlar ishlari agentligi va NBUning call centerlariga telefon qilishga sarfladim (boshqa-boshqa masalalar bo’yicha). Lekin birortasi birorta muammoni hal qila olmadi. Nima balo call centerlarga ataylab gapga tushunmaydiganlarni olishadimi?

Bu bilan qo’shib hisoblaganda oxirgi 4 ta postning hammasi telefonga gaplashayotganda yozildi ))
