excer.py - Standalone python userbot that executes shell commands and sends output to telegram, coded solely by me.

To start:
- Fill in vars in file
- python3 execer.py

Commands (better read triggers in file):
.COMMAND [#LC=0]
Execute command via SHELL_PATH in file
Providing #LC=1 at end of command will send 1 by 1 lines, #LC=0 for instant output. (default)

[TAKE/NUKE] [SUDO/ISUDO/DMUTE]
Controls sudo, isudo and dmute
Accept request by replying with y
Reply to any message with n to delete
ISUDO is same as SUDO but no confirmation

ID [REPLY]
User id of replied user, default yours if no reply

DUMP THIS [REPLY]
Dump message entity for debuggibg purposes

HTML THIS [REPLY]
Parse HTML markdown to replied message

PULL [REPLY TO FILE] [SAVE TO]
Reply to a file to download
Provide path too (optional)
Provide filename in path (optional)

PUSH [GET FROM]
Upload file to telegram
