🫡 Grayscale wins lawsuit against SEC

“This case was heard on a motion to review the SEC ruling. Based on the results of the consideration of the case, it was decided: to grant Grayscale's application for review of the decision, to cancel the decision of the Commission, ”the court document says.

Earlier, Grayscale asked the SEC to approve all applications for spot bitcoin ETFs.

Note: Also this week and next, the SEC is reviewing six Bitcoin ETF proposals, including one from BlackRock.

😬 Hong Kong police have arrested cryptocurrency influencer and former lawyer Joseph Lam for his connection to the JPEX exchange.

The investigation into JPEX began after the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) said the company was actively promoting its services through internet celebrities.

JPEX later said it had suspended some operations and increased withdrawal fees due to the liquidity crisis.
