God stretched out the earth above the waters. This is another proof of a biblical flat earth/biblical level earth being both biblical and real. A ball/globe/sphere cannot be stretched, as otherwise it would break or pop and demolish itself. A stretched earth is also a level earth and is therefore biblical. God (as in the biblical God of the Bible, not another of the world's many false religions) created the earth:
