🇺🇦❌🇷🇺 — Meanwhile Russian UAVs strike Ukrainian cities, it was reported that a Ukrainian Drone Attack has taken place against a Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar Krai Oblast of Southern Russia

🇺🇦❌🇷🇺 — According to Russian media, the fire at the Ilsky refinery in the Krasnodar Territory was localized on an area of 400 square meters, with only 1 of the tankers being affected

🇷🇺🔥📃 — On May 1, 2023, the London-based Russian-Jewish Billionaire and Self-Proclaimed Leader of the "Russian Democratic Forces", Mr. Mikhail Khodorkovsky, published a major statement for the "commitment to basic principles" for the operations of Russian Opposition in Exile against the Russian Government as well for a Post-War/Post-Regime Change Settlement in Russia

These principles being:
1 — Russia must withdrawn immediately from all de jure Ukrainian Territories, with ICC-accused War Criminals being handed over to the International Courts, and reparations paid to the "victims of the aggression"
2 — For the 🇷🇺 Opposition, Putin's Regime is illegitimate and criminal, therefore, it must be removed.
3 — Russian imperialist policy is unacceptable, both inside and outside the country.
4 — Political prisoners and prisoners of war (PoWs) must be released, as well 'kidnapped Ukrainian children must be returned to Ukraine'
5 — Solidarity with Russians engaged with Anti-War and Anti-Putin activities
6 — All Signatories to the Declaration must "share the values of democratic society and respectful cooperation, recognize human rights and freedoms and the principles of diversity and equality, and do not accept discrimination"
7 — The 🇷🇺 "Russian Democratic Forces" Opposition faction agree that they aim for: The End of the aggression against Ukraine and "establish a free, law-governed Russia based on the principles of federalism"

The declaration was publicly signed in Berlin, Capital of 🇩🇪 Federal Republic of Germany by 17 Russian Diaspora Opposition Groups and 98 different activists, mostly of Social-Liberal/Social-Democratic, centre-left bias, on the Last April 30, 2023

Among the signers of the declaration was also the infamous Ukraine-based Social Democrat, Ilya Ponomarev, which is most notoriously known lately for being linked to the so-called "Irpin Declaration"
