— In Brussels, NATO Council Members discuss about that, trying to ask US to intervene.
— And then US denies the Help

— For the 6th Week and beyond a Total Ethnic Civil War starts, with Albania and the so-called Kosovo Government smuggling weapons to Anti-Serbian and Albanian Minority Factions.
— The Pro-Russia/Pro-Serbia Interim Government in Nikšić form a "Serbian Republic of Montenegro" in the same style of Donetsk People's Republic in Eastern Ukraine.
