The “cabbage patch” kids were the repopulation works/ baby farms perhaps old world technology clone farms. These would be the ancestors of the modern day npc we encounter so commonly. Perhaps the half of the population with no internal monologue 🤔
The orphan trains was the redistribution of the surviving population and mixed in with the repopulated foundlings from the farms.
Two asylums were common repurposed old world buildings after the reset. Those who survived and did not comply with the new world narrative were sent to the Asylums. The children of those resisters removed from the families and sent on orphan trains to locations far from their families and history. Mixed in with the farm babies and this is how the old world was so easily forgotten, and our history rewritten.

Why is so much of the Grand Canyon off limits?
Why did famous explorers like John Wesley Powell describe finding Egyptian hieroglyphics and other artifacts in the Grand Canyon?
It’s the same reason why you find pyramids all across America as well as many other ancient megalithic structures. In this realms advanced past we were far more connected and capable than any history book will have you believe. There has been many resets erasing and burying so much of our past. I don’t believe the parasites caused it but has passed on knowledge of these events. These select families have been hoarding technology and resources to maintain continued control over the masses. What was the Grand Canyon really? Old mining site? Or was it a lot more than that? There is a reason why so much of the Grand Canyon is off limits and among the known 1000 caves in the canyon only about one third of them have been explored. Among the restrictions there are 6 no fly zones over the grand canyon including drones. The famous explorer and former director of the usgs John Wesley Powell one of the few unrestricted explorers of the grand canyon reported finding many ancient Egyptian artifacts amongst the ancient ruins in the canyon. Whatever the Grand Canyon is they don’t want you to know about it.

There is a big connection to the Grand Canyon and the advanced civilizations of the old world.
