BREAKING:
A French court rules that the 67-year-old Senegalese migrant Ousmane Diallo canโt be held criminally responsible for killing 18-year-old Thรฉo.
Ousmane became furious in a mobile phone shop after having been told he would have to pay โฌ93 for calls made to Senegal.
He stabbed Thรฉo in the chest on one of his first days on the job.
The court ruled that Ousmane is mentally ill and will be sent to a psychiatric hospital instead until he recovers.

In Moscow, the traditional Slavic festival to welcome the spring, called Maslenitsi in Russia, was banned because Muslim migrants were offended by its pagan roots.
In Macedonia, which is 33% Muslim, the festival (in Macedonia called Proฤka) went ahead without issue.
