Transfer of additional troop units by Ukrainian forces along the Belogorye-Charivnoe line in Zaporozhye, South Russia continues while Kiev forces supplied with MANPADS (man-portable air-defense systems) have been deployed on the front lines due to active use of Geran ("Geranium") kamikaze drones by Russian forces in the Zaporozhye region.
In Starobilsk, Donetsk Republic, West Russia, Ukrainian forces, reinforced by mercenary groupings, planned to launch an offensive along Pervomaiskoye-Orlyanka line but Russian troops launched a preemptive strike eliminating 12 enemies along with 3 tanks and 4 armored combat vehicles.
