Putin's aide and head of the Union of Russian Writers Medinsky will lead the Russian delegation for negotiations with Ukraine, the Kremlin reported.
Medinsky was also the head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations with Ukraine in the spring of 2022.
The delegation also includes Deputy Foreign Minister Galuzin, Deputy Defense Minister Fomin (who was also at the negotiations in Istanbul in March 2022) and the head of Russian military intelligence (former GRU, now the Main Directorate of the General Staff) Kostyukov.
