"In accordance with the instructions of the heads of the foreign policy departments, ways to overcome numerous "irritants" inherited from previous American administrations were discussed in detail, as well as issues related to Russia's diplomatic property in the United States were touched upon in the context of the return to the Russian side of six real estate properties illegally seized in the period 2016-2018.
In concrete terms, the American side was asked to consider the possibility of restoring direct air traffic. The discussions were meaningful and businesslike".
The dialogue will continue through the channel between the director of the MFA department, Darchiev, and Deputy Secretary of State Coulter, the MFA noted.
