Today, the AEC has confirmed that Australian Federation Party continues to be registered with it under the LibLab anti-democratic laws which forced parties to prove 1500 members.

In the world's largest democracy, India, it only takes 100 members to register a party.

Despite this last minute confirmation, the AFP is now preparing to contest the forthcoming federal elections in a big way.
