Democrat Georgia county commissioner Felicia Franklin was found wasted & passed out in the street according to police bodycam footage.

Additional footage from her ride in the ambulance shows her assaulting people trying to help.

Franklin is now claiming to be the victim, saying she was drugged with a date-r*pe drug however her toxicology report does not support this claim.

Franklin was found passed out outside of 404 Sports Bar and Grill, in Morrow, Georgia.

"I don't give a f***, get him out of my face," she said as she assaulted someone trying to help her in the ambulance.

Franklin no longer serves as Vice Chair but is still an elected official for the county. (Daily Mail)

Burnt items are seen at the scene. Circumstances unclear as of now.

Several businesses and the Israeli Consulate are housed in the building. The consulate general of Israel Atlanta told Atlanta News First that everyone in their office is okay and they are still investigating.
