We have a new bug report/tracker in place now for all the issues. No more repeated messages on telegram will be encouraged and will lead to restrictive measures for that user.
Do follow the rules and guidelines mentioned in the blog post in order to report a bug. Hoping that everyone makes a good use out of it.
