LIMITED REVIEW FINDS 903 LIKELY ILLEGAL BALLOTS IN ARIZONA'S GENERAL ELECTION

Our earlier audit of the voter rolls confirmed that 80% of voters who matched to the NCOA database were no longer legal residents of Arizona and no longer eligible to vote.

We are disappointed that the state of #Arizona did not heed the warning we’ve been giving them over the last two years that there are real problems with their voter rolls. As an outside organization with limited access, we were still able to find a significant number of ballots that were likely cast illegally.

We again encourage the people of Arizona to hold their election officials accountable and demand they apply rigorous hygiene to their voter rolls using all available resources.

Representative-Elect Unveils Eight Election Integrity Bills For Upcoming Session - AZ FREE NEWS

Freshman lawmaker Alex Kolodin has eight election integrity bills ready to introduce in the upcoming legislative session.

Several of the bills would establish an election integrity commission; a tiebreak system for when the attorney general and secretary of state can’t agree on the Election Procedures Manual (EPM); further rights for political party and public observers to oversee processing of drop box ballots; a requirement for drop box ballot processing to be recorded on a live feed; the option for any county to forgo the use of electronic tabulation machines; and clarifications for minimum signature disqualification and observer rights to challenging signatures.

One bill would prohibit the secretary of state, county recorders, county board of supervisor members, and any elected or unelected officer in charge of elections from serving as a chairperson, treasurer, or any other member of a political action committee (PAC). That bill would prevent controversies such as ongoing public scrutiny over Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer’s PAC. A similar bill was introduced last session by State Representative Shawnna Bolick (R-Phoenix), but never made it to any committee

Arizona Governor-elect Hobbs ultimatum to county board: Certify her election or face felony rap

Arizona state Rep. Jake Hoffman (R-Queen Creek) told Just the News on Thursday, "Katie Hobbs' threats directed at the Mohave County Supervisors is a gross abuse of power and highlight the dangerous conflict of interest that exists in allowing her to manage her own election. Hobbs has made it clear that she is willing to exploit every lever of power for her own personal gain — something that should deeply concern Republicans, Independents, and Democrats alike."

Regarding the disenfranchisement of Arizona voters, Hoffman said, "Rural counties are rightly concerned that the singular point of systemic failure in this election — Maricopa County — contains more than 62% of the state's total electorate. This disproportionate control over the outcome of elections strips rural county voters of their voice when electing statewide public officials."
