Based on this post by Maricopa County, the BOS Emergency Session might be about where to transport the ballots. Still unclear.

According to the false story you are spreading, you assert a false statement of fact that I was or am part of Sidney Powel's "legal team". Just like anyone in the United States public, I know of Sidney and Sidney's work. For decades we worked and lived in the same town she calls her home, but I have only once met Sidney in person (or had a dialog with her) and that was no more than cursory pleasantries, discussions about family, gardening, and farm/ranching. In this process, there is no room or opportunity for bias. My only goal is 100% transparency and to help the American voter regain their lost trust in their government officials and the current American voting systems. Understanding my position now, since you have never called me or asked, you can see why your false statement of fact (now that you have sent out numerous emails with such malicious statements) will expose me to hatred, ridicule, contempt, and causes me and my work to be shunned. More important and specifically, your false statements of fact cause great financial and valuation harm to my trade of intellectual property development and prosecution.
Your written and mass distributed statements regarding me are 100% false and it is widely known I am 100% independent and not part of anyone's legal team nor have I ever been. Therefore, I have never been terminated from any team for any reason, specifically since I have never been part of any legal team to be terminated from.
You have 12 hours to publicly correct this false statement of fact or I will peruse you, with all legal means at my disposal; personally, including the State of Arizona GOP for the damages, your false statement creates. Additionally, be advised the fair market value of any patent I author is established at $2.2m a patent and my overall Election Integrity and Audit portfolio exceed 20 patents in total thus may claim will begin at $44 million.

There is no valid reason for the AZ Senate to decide not to select Jovan Hutton Pulitzer as part of the audit team. He must conduct a forensic audit of 100% of the physical paper ballots using kinematic artifact scanning technology.

Sorry for the downpour of TRUTH today but I know you love TRUTH as much as I do. So below is the TRUTH of the errant nonsense filed against me and all of the lawyers who were involved in redressing grievances in court in connection with the fraudulent November 3, 2020 election in Arizona.

I never even sought pro hac status in the Arizona case yet they want to drag me to Arizona to punish me because my name appeared on the complaint. My colleague, Sidney Powell, a lawyer of great integrity and courage, listed my name only in the event she might need a trial lawyer later in the case. I had no other involvement in the case as it was wrongfully dismissed before my trial experience was necessary.

The truth is that this action by the State Bar of Arizona Grievance Committee is an example of Communism at its worst.

We will fight back. We must. We have no other choice.
