This is all documented in affidavits, audio, and video evidence. This has never been heard in court, like most cases. We have more than reasonable concern.

All that being considered, why would the Legislature EVER suggest a fractional audit of the ballots?

And then to use the excuse that the very man with the technology to identify fraudulent ballots has now somehow disqualified himself because of his "rant"- which was for election integrity and transparency?

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors EMERGENCY SPECIAL MEETING scheduled for right now. It appears like this meeting is closed - no live video to the public.

Based on this post by Maricopa County, the BOS Emergency Session might be about where to transport the ballots. Still unclear.

According to the false story you are spreading, you assert a false statement of fact that I was or am part of Sidney Powel's "legal team". More important and specifically, your false statements of fact cause great financial and valuation harm to my trade of intellectual property development and prosecution.
Your written and mass distributed statements regarding me are 100% false and it is widely known I am 100% independent and not part of anyone's legal team nor have I ever been. Therefore, I have never been terminated from any team for any reason, specifically since I have never been part of any legal team to be terminated from.
You have 12 hours to publicly correct this false statement of fact or I will peruse you, with all legal means at my disposal; personally, including the State of Arizona GOP for the damages, your false statement creates.
