Durham Played You For A Fool!

People ask me all the time how I knew — all the way back in the early months of 2020 — that the Durham investigation was a sham. (What do I mean by a sham —you ask? I mean a counterfeit of real justice — a ploy — a ruse to mislead the public.) It wasn’t because I had sources at the FBI or the DOJ. I correctly predicted the Durham investigation was a joke because the Huber investigation was a joke, and because the Hillary Clinton email investigation was a joke, and because the Huma Abedin laptop investigation was a joke, and because the Jeffrey Epstein investigation was a joke….

You get the idea.

I correctly predicted that the federal government doesn’t really investigate itself in order to successfully prosecute Democrats. Call it Emerald’s Law.

In other words: the Durham investigation was simply the clean-up phase of Spygate disguised as an investigation of Spygate. This was perfectly obvious at the time — and it remains obvious today. It doesn’t take two years for the DOJ to prosecute its targets. You know that — right? Just ask Roger Stone. When the DOJ really wants to prosecute you, it’s easy to tell because two dozen special agents in SWAT gear appear at your door in a pre-dawn raid with a CNN camera crew already stationed across the street.

And that’s just for the crime of “lying to Congress.”

Did you really think that John Durham need two years to bring serious indictments against the Spygate plotters? Did you really fail to notice that his low-level indictments came just as the statue of limitations expired? Or that Durham brought minimal charges that were always going to bring minimal sentences?

That’s because John Durham was the cleaner.

The above video showing only a small part of a larger interaction that occurred on the floor of the Arizona House of Representatives last night when one of my colleagues and I tried to make a motion to get a late introduction bill to fully ban abortion in Arizona.

I've been asked by multiple people what really happened, so I will provide additional context on what occurred in the two Telegram broadcasts below. (character limitations won't allow me to post it all with the video)

Last night on the floor of the Arizona House of Representatives I attempted to bring a motion to immediately introduce legislation that would fully ban abortions in Arizona.

Majority Leader Ben Toma and the rest of House Republican “Leadership” fought it with more vitriolic fervor than I’ve ever seen them exert on Democrats.

In fact, let’s compare “Leadership’s” very different (and very disappointing) responses to two unscheduled motions that occurred on the House floor in the last 18 months.

In 2021, Rep. Michelle Udall joined with Democrats to stab the Republican caucus in the back by introducing a motion to give taxpayer subsidized university tuition to illegal aliens. Leadership even admitted after the fact that they knew in advance that she was going to do it. How did “Leadership” respond?

▪️Speaker Rusty Bowers feigned soft spoken surprise and did nothing to oppose her motion

▪️Majority Leader Ben Toma quietly snuck out of the House chamber and left the premises before the situation went down, so that he could say he “wasn’t there” for it

▪️Others in leadership generally just threw up their hands and acted like there was nothing that could be done to stop her motion from succeeding

Contrast that with what occurred last night…

I prepared a motion, in concert with the House Clerk’s Office (to ensure that it was in proper form), for the purposes of late introduction and consideration of a measure to “fully ban abortion in the state of Arizona” and that it be voted by the chamber on the third consecutive day. Someone informed “Leadership” of my intent to make the motion in advance. How did “Leadership” respond?

▪️I was warned by one member of “Leadership” not to do it and that they wouldn’t support it if I did.

▪️Speaker Bowers refused to recognize me to speak and instead proceeding directly to Committee of the Whole (COW). (Note: This is within the prerogative of the Chair’s power; however, seldom done. This was an intentional attempt to block the pro-life motion.)

▪️Rep. Mark Finchem, who was brought up to chair COW, refused to recognize me also, which forced Rep. Parker to object and demand a vote to overturn Finchem’s decision not to let me speak.

▪️Majority Leader Toma became so enraged that he was shaking and screamed at me on the floor of the House about how he’s “more pro-life than [I’ll] ever be,” and that our attempt to save tens, possibly hundreds, of thousands of babies lives who will be snuffed out by abortion under our current law was a “political stunt.” He also repeatedly screamed “count to 31 Jake” implying that because we didn’t have 31 Republican members there the motion was doomed to fail. Apparently Toma is unaware of our House Rules because my motion did not need 31 votes to succeed. It simply needed a “majority of those present on the floor” to succeed. For reference, Republicans last night outnumbered Democrats with a cushion. The Sergeant At Arms informed me after the fact that he had begun making his way across the floor to intervene because he was worried Toma was going to punch me.

TO RECAP THESE TWO VERY SYNONYMOUS PROCEDURAL SITUATIONS:

Giving Taxpayer Subsidized University Tuition to Illegals:
Bowers acted surprised when he wasn’t and did nothing to intervene. Toma left the Capitol so he could say he wasn’t present and wouldn’t be blamed.

Protecting Life in the wake of Roe v. Wade being overturned:
Bowers tried to block the effort and Toma became so enraged that he screamed absurdities and at least one person thought he was going to physically assault me.

It truly never ceases to amaze me how hard Establishment Republicans will fight the conservative members of their own Party. If only they would direct even a fraction of that same energy toward Democrats, America would not be in the mess we’re in now.

In light of the landmark Dobbs ruling and the overturning of Roe v. Wade I can think of very little worth fighting for as much as the innocent children that we now have the power to protect. It breaks my heart that we will have to wait until 2023 now to introduce the bill to save those babies lives that we could’ve introduced last night with a simple majority of those present on the floor.

I get it. Republican members are upset with me and Parker for doing what we did. I’ll live with it. Trying to protect life is worth it, even if it means being disliked. J1518

Access to Arizona State Capitol is now being blocked off at 17th avenue and Jefferson to Washington. Capitol parking lots have also been blocked. This move comes after 3 nights of protests over Roe V. Wade decision.

Abortion Laws Worldwide Are More Restrictive Than In The U.S.

Prior to the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the U.S. was one of only seven countries that allowed abortion on demand at any point during pregnancy.

Canadians were actually coming to the U.S. for abortions due to looser laws.

Describing America as an outlier on this issue, even now, is pure disinformation. Introducing laws restricting abortion on demand after 20 weeks (or even down to 15 weeks) would, in reality, bring the U.S. into line with much of the Western world.

No amount of public screeching, coat hanger bearing, or throwing around fake blood will change that.

Nothing has changed in Arizona.

Not a single election reform law has passed. Brnovich has barely lifted a finger. The same illegal elections manual from 2019 will be used in the midterms, and only 2 senators showed up to Jovan’s presentation, which was done in an UN-official capacity.

Maricopa County, Arizona Ballot mail analysis: One way to gain extra ballots for nefarious purposes is called "ballot cracking." Maricopa shows signs of widespread ballot cracking operations in excess of 53,866 2020 election ballots. Ballot cracking is a technique when ballots are undelivered or returned as "undeliverable," individuals crack open the ballot, vote on the ballot inside, place it in the return envelope and either do not sign the ballot or apply a bogus signature. If the county elections do not do signature verification, ballot cracking can go undetected. Returned as undeliverable ballots are the MOST SUSCEPTIBLE to ballot cracking. When returned to the county, these ballots simply "disappear."
