We The People of the State of Arizona do hereby demand that the Arizona state legislature immediately return the State of Arizona to in-person voting on election day, with the exceptions as noted in ARS 16-103, with photo identification, proof of US citizenship, state residency and hardcopy paper ballots as proposed in HB2289, in its current revision dated 3/15/2022.

Further, that all Representatives and Senators hold back their votes on the state budget and sine die.

We declare that we will withhold any and all support for Representatives or Senators who do not adhere to the demands listed in this declaration.

Yesterday, a Democrat Senator made a motion to suspend rules and allow a gun control bill to bypass committee and come straight to the floor for a vote. Senator Warren Petersen then shreds the argument that more gun laws will keep us safe.
