🚨 PC ELECTIONS UPDATE 🚨

I just got out of a meeting with House Leadership. I’ve been pushing for a full repeal of this language all weekend.

Today, expect to see a FULL REPEAL of Section 4 from HB2839.

The section dealing with PC elections that was snuck into the emergency bill last week will be removed.

In my meeting with leadership today I also made it exceedingly clear that there must be accountability for this abhorrent breach of trust and legislative process. I will continue fighting for this in the coming days and weeks.

For now, expect the full repeal of HB2839’s Section 4 dealing with PC elections.

The AZ Attorney Generals office has been working hard the last 6 months I see! 🙄

House just recessed and they have not/may not vote on the REPEAL on HB2839. We need you to activate and call the following 4 individuals to REPEAL Section 4 ASAP.  Don't let them leave today without voting!

Democrats attempted to hold the repeal of the PC provisions of HB2839 hostage today, so the repeal couldn’t be voted on the floor.

In order to keep the momentum I worked with House Leadership and Republican members today to get the bill assigned to a special Government & Elections Committee meeting that will be held tomorrow afternoon.

I will keep working on this tomorrow in order to pass the repeal out of G&E so it can continue to the floor for a full vote of the House this week.

SB1720 will be heard at 11 am in Senate Judiciary Committee in room SHR1. HB2840 will be heard likely at 3:30 pm in House Government Committee in room HHR1.

BIG DAY FOR WISCONSIN! 3/16/2022

WI Speaker Vos, and Senate Majority leader Lemahieu have agreed to sit down with the legal experts and constitutional attorneys who counseled Rep. Ramthun on his resolution to decertify. This will be a closed meeting to discuss the constitutionality of decertification.

This meeting will be followed by an informational hearing (open to the public), and concluded by a press release! If you live in Wisconsin, make sure you show up!

We need ALL HANDS-ON DECK to PROTECT OUR PRIVACY! SB1167 (and its mirrored bill HB2100) needs to be stopped without a significant amendment being made - the ability to OPT-IN rather than being locked into a system without choosing to be, without knowing who is getting the information and without the ability to OPT OUT!

This is NOT good policy! It puts into law what has been implemented via Executive Order under a 'state of emergency'! Which means, it will be LAW for all Arizonans, at ALL times! Not simply when a 'declared emergency' is in effect.

Please see the talking points and email YOUR SENATOR, let them know SB1167 is NOT good policy and should not be passed!
