State House Moves Ahead With 2 Voter Registration Bills | AZ Free News

House Bill 2237 stipulates that a department, division, agency, or political subdivision of Arizona—or any person acting on behalf of one—may not register a person to vote on an election day and then deem that person eligible to vote in the same election. Doing so would be a Class 6 felony which carries a presumptive one-year prison sentence.

Under current law, someone seeking to register to vote must meet several criteria, such as being U.S. resident, being a resident of Arizona for 29 days before the election, and being at least 18 years of ago on or before the next election following registration.
There is also a deadline in Arizona for registering to vote – 29 days before the election.

However, some people are allowed to cast a provisional ballot on Election Day. The provisional ballot includes information for registering the person to vote going forward if it is determined the person is not already registered.

Rep. Jake Hoffman (R-LD12) introduced by HB2237 to ensure the information included with the provisional ballot is not used to register the voter until after election day. Otherwise, Arizona’s 29-day registration deadline could be circumvented.

A second bill introduced by Hoffman, HB2243 would add a simple advisory statement to all new voter registration forms. The advisory informs the person registering to vote that if they permanently move to another state after being registered in Arizona, then their Arizona voter registration will be cancelled.

6th Grade Public School Teacher Recorded While Indoctrinating Students

Kyrene School District:
Sara Adams teaches 6th grade English Language Arts (ELA) at Altadena Middle School in Phoenix, AZ

"This is what you’re up against parents. This is ENGLISH class in 6th grade. And it’s not in the curriculum, instructional materials or lesson plan. Just the ravings of a radical, RedForEd teacher that has our kids as a captive audience to indoctrinate. ..."

Irreconcilable Differences: Study Determines Maricopa County Counted More Than 200K Mail-In Ballots with Mismatched Signatures

Dr. Shiva has completed a pilot signature verification study of the early voting mail-in ballot (EVB) signatures in Maricopa County, AZ.

He ran 2 experiments with 3 novice signature reviewers and 3 expert forensic document examiners and pooled their consensus views, i.e. the cases in which all 6 reviewers agreed that the signatures were a mismatch.

From this analysis, he determined that at least 12% of the 1,911,902 EVBs in Maricopa County had signature mismatches, representing 229,433 ballots that should have been “cured.”

In contrast, Maricopa County represents that no more than 25,000 EVBs (1.31%) had signature mismatches.

The 2020 election in Arizona was decided by 10,457 votes.

Dr. Shiva recommends an expanded study to confirm these findings.

Taxpayer-Funded Federal Program Trains Teachers in Critical Race Theory | Arizona Sun Times

The program in question is called Partners United for Research Pathways Oriented to Social Justice in Education (PURPOSE).

“The PURPOSE training program’s P–20 theme focuses on researching social justice issues within educational contexts,” the grant says. “Throughout the year fellows will participate in proseminars, within which they will learn about social justice issues.”

Those proseminars include teaching and training on critical race theory.

From Purpose’s website:

The theme of the PURPOSE program is, “Social Justice: Using Research to Address Inequities in Education.” Students from FSU and FAMU will have opportunities to develop their own research projects during the yearlong fellowship by engaging research problems targeting educational injustices. One of our program outcomes is a value for participating in the process of social justice, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that all groups of people can fully participate in a society that meets their needs, beginning with an equitable education.
