Steve Bannon Is on to Something and the NYT Is Worried: ‘Local Races Are the Ventilation Shaft in the Republican Death Star’
In a recent cringe-filled left-stream article, the NYT focuses on the power of local elections and warns Dems that they need a Plan B as Republicans use the “local action = national impact” strategy to take back the country. Deep Dem Ezra Klein writes:
“This week, I half-jokingly asked Ben Wikler, the chairman of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, what it felt like to be on the front lines of protecting American democracy. He replied, dead serious, by telling me what it was like. He spends his days obsessing over mayoral races in 20,000-person towns, because those mayors appoint the city clerks who decide whether to pull the drop boxes for mail-in ballots and [it’s] small changes to electoral administration that could be the difference between winning Senator Ron Johnson’s seat in 2022… and losing the race and the Senate. Wikler is organizing volunteers to staff phone banks to recruit people who believe in democracy to serve as municipal poll workers, because Steve Bannon has made it his mission to recruit people who don’t believe in democracy to serve as municipal poll workers.
I’ll say this for the right: They pay attention to where the power lies in the American system, in ways the left sometimes doesn’t. Bannon calls this ‘the precinct strategy,’ and it’s working. ‘Suddenly, people who had never before showed interest in party politics started calling the local G.O.P. headquarters or crowding into county conventions, eager to enlist as precinct officers,’ ProPublica reports. ‘They showed up in states Trump won and in states he lost, in deep-red rural areas, in swing-voting suburbs and in populous cities.’
‘If you want to fight for the future of American democracy, you shouldn’t spend all day talking about the future of American democracy,’ Wikler said. ‘These local races that determine the mechanics of American democracy are the ventilation shaft in the Republican death star. These races get zero national attention. They hardly get local attention. Turnout is often lower than 20 percent. That means people who actually engage have a superpower.’”

Employers should be held liable for medical mandates on employees
In response to numerous companies mandating the newly developed COVID-19 vaccine for employees, Senator Wendy Rogers (R-6) introduced a bill aimed at holding employers liable for any health complications associated with any required medical products or procedures.
SB 1254 would protect employees who suffer any adverse reactions, injury, disability, loss of wages, pain and suffering or medical expenses correlating to the employer mandate. Furthermore, if any injuries arise within 120 days after receiving an employee mandated medical product or procedure, it would be presumed that the product or procedure is the cause.
Plus, the bill would award any employee who prevails in an action related to the injurious result of an employer medical mandate any consequential attorney fees and statutory damage awards equal to three times the actual damages.
In addition, if an employer mandated medical procedure or product leads to the death of an employee, the employer would be liable to the employee's dependent.
"Injecting something into your body is a very personal choice," said Senator Rogers. "We continue to hear personal testimony from people who've received the vaccine and are now experiencing negative effects. These COVID-19 vaccines are so new, nobody really knows what the fallout is going to be on each person's individual health. Employers should be ready to face the consequences of any health problems associated with any forced medical procedures or products required of these hardworking men and women to maintain their employment."
This bill is co-sponsored by Majority Whip Senator Sonny Borrelli (R-5), Senator David Gowan (R-14) and Senator Kelly Townsend (R-16).

Free Enterprise Club Responds to ASU Cancelling Event Featuring Congressman Andy Biggs and Jason Chaffetz
by admin | Jan 19, 2022 | News and Updates
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CONTACT: Scot Mussi (480) 221-3292
Phoenix, AZ – The Arizona Free Enterprise Club has released the following statement in response to the decision by ASU and Michael Crow to cancel a fundraising event featuring Congressman Andy Biggs and former Congressman Jason Chaffetz to benefit the Political History and Leadership (PHL) program at ASU:
“It is outrageous that Michael Crow and ASU would cancel an ASU Foundation Fundraiser because they oppose the views and philosophy of the featured speakers attending the event. It is becoming clear that woke cancel culture has taken over every office at the University,” said Scot Mussi, President of the Arizona Free Enterprise Club.
The purpose of the event, scheduled for February 17th at the Desert Botanical Garden, was to raise money for the ASU Foundation in support of PHL, a very successful program within ASU’s history department. Approximately 20% of in-person students in the history program at ASU are attending classes through PHL.
“ASU doesn’t have a problem with liberal activists and public officials appearing at the school for various events. It is well known that Democrat politicians, including US Senator Kyrsten Sinema, have in the past or currently work for the University at taxpayer expense. It only becomes a problem when the speaker is a conservative,” Scot Mussi continued. “If Michael Crow is going to surrender to the ‘cancel culture’ mob, then he is no longer fit to be ASU President and should resign.”

The Arizona school board association gets over $2M a year from membership dues from school boards. The school boards pay with taxpayer money, but ASBA can refuse a public records request. Let’s change that.
Additionally, if Cyber Ninjas is required to open its records because it is receiving public money, I would argue that any organization who receives public money is subject to public records requests.

Cyber Ninjas were deliberately hit with a very nasty high titer directed ccp virus.
No one else got sick besides them and pretty much all had to be hospitalized. Last month one of them who had been in the hospital for months died. Another is still laid up.
They were shot at in drive bys. They were lawfared to bankruptcy. The AZ senate is hanging them out to dry and has never even paid them the lousy $150,000 they contracted them for. They’ve all been threatened personally.
And to top it all off, the American people blame them for everything that went wrong with the audit. Why? Partly because of Karen Fann and her attorneys, and partly because of half baked accusations spouted by attorneys from their recliners with no regard for whether what they’re saying is true or not.
