You can use it to search, without creating an account. If you do create an account, you can track specific bills, and use the Request to Speak function (RTS). From what I understand, RTS is done to show the Committee Your Position on a Bill (For, Neutral, Against). It also gives you the option to speak (you can decline) and comment.

Democrats have consistently crushed us using this feature. It is eye-opening to see how organized and efficient they are at dismantling Republican attempts for positive change - and how they make their voices heard. On most of the past Republican-introduced bills I have viewed, Democrats have 2-3 times as many "Against" votes, as we have "For" votes.

If there is a bill you support (or several bills on an upcoming agenda), this service makes it easier for you to identify them and express support to our Legislators via email/phone & spread awareness to others to do the same.

In the past, to Enable your Request to Speak account, you would need to log into the system from a Legislative kiosk computer at a Legislative office in Phoenix or Tucson.
