Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, who is running to become the Republican nominee to replace anti-Trump Republican Doug Ducey, was interviewed by The Gateway Pundit while attending a protest organized by American Airlines employees who are opposed to the airline’s controversial COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

"We are the last bastion of freedom on the planet and it's so important that we all rise up, come together as Americans, and save this country,” Kari said.

When asked about a legislative session to decertify the election, something proposed by Arizona legislators including Wendy Rogers and Mark Finchem as well as President Trump, Lake said that the governor should “Call the special session, deal with the mandates, and then decertify the election.”

Anatomy of the Steal: The Four Phases of an Election Takeover

Former Michigan Senator Patrick Colbeck gives an excellent breakdown of the 2020 election robbery from a systems engineering perspective.

Colbeck partitions the steal into 4 phases:

1) Preparation

The key goal of this phase is to create and exploit weaknesses in our election system. How? By weakening the election record chain of custody for the (i) qualified voter file (QVF), (ii) poll books, (iii) ballots, and (iv) vote tally.

The criminals start by seeding the QVF. For example, there were more than 616K ineligible voters in the Michigan QVF heading into the 2020 election.

Other weakening measures include no-excuse absentee voting, same-day voter registration, elimination of voter ID and signature verification requirements, and centralized, networked, voting systems. All of these erosions reduce the number of bad actors needed to steal an election.

2) Main Attack

The central tool in this second phase is ballot stuffing via mail-in votes, enabled by seeding the QVF with low propensity and ineligible voters.

Importantly, phase 2 requires an accurate prediction of voter turnout to be successful. If those forecasts fail (as they did in the 2020 election), the perpetrators have to shift to a backup plan, the Backup Attack phase.

3) Backup Attack

Phase 3 involves algorithmic manipulation of the vote tally when ballot stuffing isn’t netting enough votes.

Lady Draza identified a digital fingerprint for something called the “PID controller” during this phase. As she was monitoring the election night results in multiple states, she noticed the cumulative vote total would periodically drop to zero in the Edison reporting stream before surging back up. This is NOT normal.

Once the vote tallies have been altered, ballots must be added for reconciliation. And, that’s exactly what we saw with the 3AM ballot drop-offs at the TCF center and the halted late-night vote counts in every swing state.

4) Defense

The defense phase involves censorship and evidence destruction.

Colbeck says canvassing is critical to combat the fraud, and recommends starting with the QVF.

Also on Colbeck’s investigation wishlist: an audit of the election night reporting results, from the precinct level to the New York Times. No one has done this yet.

AZ Grand Jury Issues Another Indictment Related to Illegal Voting | AZ Free News

Victor Manuel Aguirre, a convicted felon, is charged with one count of False Registration and one count of Illegal Voting related to steps he allegedly took to register to vote and then cast a ballot in the 2020 General Election.

The charges against Aguirre are among several pursued in recent months by Brnovich’s election team. Most of the prosecutions have involved one or two low level felonies, although a San Luis woman is charged with four felonies in connection to an alleged conspiracy to collect several early ballots for the August 2020 Primary Election in Yuma County.

Liz Harris comments: “While it's great to see some voter fraud being prosecuted, this indictment falls short of naming all the individuals involved. Brnovich needs to step up and also go after the county officials that failed in their duties.

How was a convicted felon, without restored voting rights, ever allowed to register in the first place?”

In light of the efforts by the new federal administration of President Joe Biden to encourage, rather than discourage, illegal aliens coming to our country, including by crossing the Arizona border illegally, I am writing to ask for your formal legal opinion of whether or not the federal government has failed—intentionally or unintentionally—to uphold its obligations to protect our state from invasion under Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution.

At this very moment, Border Patrol officials are monitoring as many as 60,000 migrants amassing on the Mexican side of the U.S. border with the intention of crossing illegally into the United States in the coming days, according to sources within Border Patrol. Furthermore, Customs and Border Patrol recently announced that there had been a record breaking more than 1.7 million migrant detentions by U.S. authorities in fiscal year 2021.

Boris correctly points out that evidence of criminality is not required for the legislature to decertify an election. However, Karen Fann's point was not that criminal intent is necessary for decertification.
It's about the votes.
Fann has to find a way to convince RINOs or a couple of Dems to vote for decertification. That's not gonna happen unless she gains more leverage than she has right now.
If Brnovich indicts people involved in the election, that gives Fann more leverage to use on members of the legislature who currently won't support decertification.

Many of you don't know this, but because of the work we've done in Maricopa we've been sued a number of times. Specifically, these lawsuit(s) have attempted to classify Cyber Ninjas as a "public entity" so that I am subject to public records requests (also known as "right to know" or "freedom of information act" requests).

Specifically, these request(s) have demanded all communications I have with everyone including a roster of every person involved in the audit, and all details on audit financing.

I have nothing to hide and have chosen to disclose financial details once; and I will do so again as soon as I have time to finish the project financials. However, disclosing communications including a roster of people have much larger implications and set a precedent I can't let exist.

The 1st amendment grants us the right to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly. The Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments protect us against government seizures of private documents and property. These rights have routinely been found in the courts to further give the right to be associated with whoever you want to be associated with. It is a fundamental liberty of a free society. Yet, cancel culture attacks this very fundamental right.

The seeking of private communications from a private company is a violation of these rights. The seeking of a roster of people who worked on the audit I can't see utilized for any other purpose than to again violate those rights. And we believe the law is clear that only documents which the government creates or owns are considered public records—but the government does not own my company’s documents and did not create them, so they are not public record. For these reasons, amongst others, I am fighting these lawsuits in court. If I lose this could mean that ANYONE who does ANY business with the government can be required to give up their communications at any time. We've already seen with the federal vaccine mandate for federal contractors how many people that really impacts.

So, what can you do about it?
1) Please pray for the situation. Pray that our Country would return to the foundation on which it was built. Pray that these judges would see clearly what is in front of them; and would choose what is right. Pray that our nation would turn from its broken ways, humble itself, and pray to God.

2) Please consider politely and nicely making your voices heard with these organizations letting them know you do not support their actions. I do not condone any type of rude or threatening behavior. Follow Proverbs 25:21 and win them over from your niceness. You may even consider sending them a public records request to make the point.

In the next 30 days we will have opportunity to give input on the preliminary maps the redistricting Commissioners have drawn. I highly recommend you get involved.
