John Fredericks and Steve Bannon breakdown the national significance of the Virginia Governor race between woke, pro-vaccine mandate Terry McAuliffe and Republican businessman Glen Younkin.

Dems have won the last 19 elections in VA by ever increasing margins, Fredericks notes. This is an unusually close race. The latest Trafalagar poll has the candidates tied. The early voting numbers in the Dem strongholds are way down.

GOP Blocks Senate Democrats' Freedom to Cheat Elections Bill

Senate Republicans on Wednesday blocked Democrats from advancing a revised bill to federalize elections. The Senate voted 49-51 to end debate on whether to bring up the bill, known as the Freedom to Vote Cheat Act, falling short of the 60 needed.

The Honest Elections Project, a conservative outside group, termed the Democratic bill the “Freedom to Cheat Act,” and argued that it would limit states' ability to require voter ID, ban sensible absentee voting rules, and place new requirements on states redistricting efforts.

Democrats previously tried to bring a more expansive bill known as the For the People Act to the Senate floor, but were blocked by Republicans earlier this year.

Cyber Ninjas Debunks Maricopa County’s Audit Response

“Maricopa County (MC) continues to purposely mislead Arizonans and the American public about the nature of audit findings, and the impact they had on the 2020 General Election… The following response to their review continues to refute their baseless claims with evidence and citations.”

The Cyber Ninjas 11-page report covers:

• 23K votes from prior addresses

MC claims that military absentee voters were not factored in. When UOCAVA voters are considered, the number is marginally reduced to a still-significant 22K.

• 17K duplicate ballot envelopes

MC claims that curing explains the duplicate ballot envelope images. Upon review, curing only potentially accounts for 2,138 of the 17K duplicates.

• Purged EMS database and log files

MC claims standard archival steps were taken on 2/2 to free drive space. In fact, (1) the files were deleted on 2/1: “If any backups or archives were conducted on 2/2, the data was already deleted;” (2) “If it was normal to purge data… it would be expected that this would be true for every other election on the EMS Server. However… the data is still present for other past elections;” (3) The drive had more than 2TB of free space available: “There was no technical reason to delete the data before the 2 audits hired by MC. In fact, it begs to question what the auditors had to audit if there were no election results when ProV&V arrived on 2/2.”

• Corrupt and missing ballot images

MC “claims that the fact that the ballot images are corrupt or missing from the (EMS) Server is inconsequential, and that ballot images should have been viewed from one of the other drives provided.” However, MC fails to explain why or how the images were corrupted, or why images are missing from that system. “The drive provided wasn’t even in the same folder structure as the NAS directory and it did not have any other resemblance to an official backup…”

• 165K missing pre-adjudicated ballot images

“Furthermore, a review of the drive provided doesn’t include all pre-adjudicated images. The post-adjudicated images on the drive show the expected 2,089,563 images, but the pre-adjudicated images only show 1,923,719 images. The difference of 165,844 appears to be the number of ballots processed by the Election Day ImageCast Precinct 2 tabulators based on the CVR, but it’s unclear why or how these images would be collected in a manner where these images were missing.”

• Internet connectivity

MC claims the systems are not connected to the internet and carefully avoids use of the past tense. “CyFIR’s analysis never stated that the systems were always connected to the internet, but simply stated that there are distinct periods of time where internet connectivity can be validated… CyFIR utilized a tool called HstEx v4 to review the hard drives of all the affected systems for artifacts of internet activity...” The HstEX v4 clearly reveals URLs were visited and the machines had “a pathway to the internet.”

• Intentional execution of scripts to ensure that log entries were not retained

MC blames factory settings for the deletion of security log files. In fact, MC had full control and authority to modify default parameters and should have set the retention period to 22 months.

Furthermore, “the response by MC does not address the fact that a user leveraging the emsadmin account deliberately and purposely executed a script that checked the accounts for duplicate passwords 38,478 times. This deliberate execution of the script occurred over three days, specifically on 2/11/21 there were 462 log entries overwritten, on 3/3/21 there were 37,686 log entries overwritten, and on 4/12/21 there were 330 log entries overwritten. Given that MC knew that the setting on the log retention was limited to 20MB, the act of executing these scripts had the effect of deliberated ensuring that the Windows security logs covering the dates of the General Election would not be available for review.”

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America

Look at what just happened in Arizona last night for the people that really won the Election, by a lot, us. The FORENSIC AUDITORS released a new report that discredits all of the disinformation put out by the RINO Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The auditors said Maricopa County purposely misled the public and spread “outright lies” about their findings. The Board provided zero evidence for their false claims, including no accounting for the 12,772 illegal ballots (more than the election margin alone) who moved outside of Maricopa County before the election. They have no valid answer for how there were more early ballots returned by voters than received, why their official results did not match who voted, why there were more duplicate ballots than originals, or why they deleted and purged their Election Management System data in defiance of a subpoena, which is against the law, and they did it on the day before the audit began. These incredible findings affect tens of thousands of ballots, and therefore, the outcome of the Election. This does not even touch Pima County, which had precincts with more than 100 percent turnout for mail-in ballots.

The Presidential Election in Arizona (and in numerous states) was a Fraud. Maricopa County officials lied, and then tried to cover it up. Now they are facing criminal liability since defying a subpoena and deleting election records are serious crimes. Hopefully Attorney General Mark Brnovich will do something about it. Regardless, based on these findings, and many others, Arizona should decertify their Fake Election results immediately!

Audit

The Senate and Maricopa County are to submit names of experts to observe the process. We will be submitting questions to be answered in that process.

Attorney General has opened an investigation – cannot disclose the nature of the investigation. Information can be submitted to the AG for review as well.


Court Cases

Challenge to Prop. 208: Court overturned the initiative and directed courts to make the determination whether the revenues would cause schools to exceed the Aggregate Expenditure Limit (which it most certainly does). JLBC estimates approximately $1.2 billion could be reduced from school budget – this will be a challenging issue next session. Courts determined that Prop. 301 monies are no longer exempt from the AEL which is $650 million. This too will need to be addressed.

Budget cases brought by ASBA: court ruled were unconstitutional on single subject. Governor Ducey, President and Fann and Speaker Bowers filed an amicus brief arguing against the plaintiffs. Appropriations Chairs, Gown, Cobb, and Vice Chair Leach also filed a brief. The appeal to the decision is pending. Affected BRBs include K-12 (mask and vaccine mandate bans, CRT); Higher Ed (mask & vaccine mandate – court ruled it also had a defective title); Health (no school vaccine); Budget procedures (elections provisions; lottery funds not to be spent towards professional sports)

Criminal Justice BRB being challenged by the City of Phoenix on provision of citizens review panels

Flagstaff vs. ADOA – Judge granted an injunction against ADOA from recouping revenue because of the higher minimum wage rate stating that Prop. 202 takes priority over state reimbursement process (we have previously captured funds for exceeding the state wage limit equal to $1.1 million).


Vaccine Mandate

The OSHA rules have not been published delineating the employer requirements for the vaccine mandate (i.e., exemptions; testing protocol, enforcement). Once that information is public, The AG and Governor's office will consider legal actions. Biden Administration has threatened federal funds to coerce universities and providers into the mandate. OSHA is threatening state primacy for our workforce safety program if Arizona doesn't enforce the mandate. The legislature is considering legal and legislative options to challenge this mandate.

IRC

The IRC has met all this week to approve a first round of draft maps. The maps have already gone through 7 iterations thus far. Once a final draft map is approved, communities will have 30 days to submit feedback. This is an important time for the LD to lend its voice regarding communities of interest. The IRC intends to finish its work by Dec 22nd.

Election Integrity

I will be working with my colleagues on election integrity issues. The caucus will revisit provisions from my SB 1241 last year, as well as recommendations from the audit. Topics for discussion include paper and equipment, cybersecurity standards, chain of custody and observation processes.

Economy & Jobs

Our caucus will continue to focus on removing barriers to workforce entry. We will diminish the role of government and occupational and construction licensing. We must resist democrats attempts to expand government by taxing businesses and individuals more to pay for it.

Vote Flipping in Pima

In precincts with anomalous high turnout (over 92%) in Pima County, Arizona, mail-in ballots started flipping from 6% Republican for Biden to 40 PERCENT of Republicans voting for Biden. Total fraud!
